This policy explains how DuradMedical’s free trial, billing, cancellation, and refunds work. It is part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service.
Your 42-day free trial
Every new membership starts with a 42-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. We show your first billing date and price clearly at signup and ask you to confirm them before you provide a payment method.
When billing starts
- If you added a card at signup, your first charge of $4.99/month occurs at the end of the 42-day trial, on the date shown to you at signup.
- If you started without a card, you will only be billed if you add a payment method and continue — at $4.99/month if you locked that rate before the trial ended, otherwise $7.99/month.
- An annual membership, if chosen, is billed at $49/year.
- Membership then renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time, in a few clicks, from your account settings (Membership → Cancel). No phone call or email is required. We’ll confirm your cancellation on screen and by email.
What happens when you cancel
- Cancel during the trial: you are never charged, and you keep access through the end of your trial period.
- Cancel while paying: your membership stays active until the end of the current billing period, then does not renew.
- After your paid access ends, your account moves to the free tier. Your saved information is kept, not deleted, and is available again if you resubscribe.
Refunds
Because a 42-day free trial lets you evaluate the membership before any charge, monthly and annual payments are generally non-refundable once made, and cancellation stops future charges rather than refunding the current period.
